This July the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released its Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Omnibus Declaratory Ruling. Although the Declaratory Ruling attempts to provide clarification of TCPA regulatory concerns, it did little to provide complete, definitive answers to the industry. While ACA International legally appeals this ruling, we want to learn more about how your agency is leveraging dialing and messaging technology in light of this ruling via this detailed survey.
