Receive a $25 Amazon.com Gift Card for your feedback regarding the TCPA ruling.
This July the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released its Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Omnibus Declaratory Ruling. Although the Declaratory Ruling attempts to provide clarification of TCPA regulatory concerns, it did little to provide complete, definitive answers to the industry. While ACA International legally appeals this ruling, we want to learn more about how your agency is leveraging dialing and messaging technology in light of this ruling via this detailed survey.
By receiving feedback regarding your agency’s overall philosophy, risk mitigation practices, and operational procedures, we believe that we can more effectively consult our customers on how to continue to leverage dialing and messaging technology as a collection tool, while balancing this blurry ruling.
We ensure you that we will not share specific agency information with anyone and will only use it to better consult with your agency and the industry.
Please plan to reserve 30 minutes to fill out the survey. If you don’t want to answer online, contact me directly to arrange a time to respond by phone.
To express our appreciation for your open and detailed responses and if you respond within the next four days, you will receive a $25 Amazon.com Gift Card.
Thank in advance,
