DAKCS is excited to announce Dax Nelson as DAKCS’ Vice President of Customer Success.
Ogden, Utah – DAKCS Software Systems, an industry leader in Accounts Receivable management and debt collection software for over thirty years, takes great pleasure in announcing the appointment of Dax Nelson as the new Vice President of Customer Success.
Dax has earned a reputation for his knowledge and understanding of key management issues that face the Accounts Receivable management industry today. He brings thirteen years experience in the collection and ARM industry and will continue to be an influential and crucial member of the DAKCS executive team. Nelson holds a BS and degree in Information Systems and Technology from Weber State University and an MBA from Utah State University.
When asked about the exciting opportunity, Nelson stated, “I’m grateful for the opportunity and eager to take on the responsibilities that come with this new position.”
Prior to this appointment, Dax was responsible for overseeing development and implementation initiatives. With the recent appointment of Doug Tolton as the appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO), he is able to solely focus on implementation and customer service initiatives as the Vice President of Customer Success.
With customer commitment and satisfaction being absolutely vital to DAKCS’s ability to reinvest into products and its correlation with continued profitability and revenue growth, the requirement to place senior executive focus on the role was paramount. As such, Dax will guide onboarding and implementation, technical support, customer satisfaction and retention.
