DAKCS Software Systems offered their client community a new type of learning experience this year. With over 30 annual conferences held throughout the country over the years, the DAKCS team decided the time was ripe for a new conference opportunity: three days of learning and idea exchange over the Internet.
GoToMeeting provided the foundation for the program. Each day’s sessions were designed to challenge the client community with great ideas, exciting opportunities and unique ways to benefit from many of the time saving DAKCS solutions. These class’s included instruction on data import, and workflow automation. Additional value was added by DAKCS partners including a collector training class by Brett Sivits of Intellitech, and a timely panel discussion on TCPA, cell scrubbing, caller ID spoofing and and more with panelists Attorney David Kaminski, Ryan Thurman of Contact Center Compliance, and DAKCS power users J.W. Blair, John Chiara, and Jason Bradford.

Moving the conference to a virtual event gave us the ability to lower the costs, but still provide the value of education and information.
