The first six months of 2015 turned out to be a busy and exciting time for DAKCS Software Systems (DAKCS). While working closely with technical and operational resources from both YCCS, a Yakima, Washington based debt collection firm, and CAB Business Development, a North Charleston, South Carolina based firm who offers call center, enterprise back off (EBO), early out and debt collection services, DAKCS’ consulting, data conversion and implementation teams were quickly thrust into learning how to rapidly migrate and electronically convert the Collection Solutions Software’ (CSS IMPACT) Accounts Receivable management product. “Our customers were put into a difficult predicament with the use of their former collections management software product, some felt handcuffed,” stated DAKCS’ Director of Implementation, Dax Nelson. “The ability to quickly convert millions of records of their valuable data into our Beyond ARM application was paramount to their continued business operations. I am extremely proud of our technical and consulting teams, along with our customer implementation teams in the successful go-lives of these customers,” added Nelson. The experience working with the first two CSS IMPACT customers was put to the test in September 2015, when GRANT & WEBER reached out to DAKCS with a similar request to rapidly migrate over 100 users from the CSS IMPACT platform. GRANT & WEBER, a Calabasas, California based debt collection company, founded in 1977, has always leveraged technology in the success of their company and was put in a difficult technical and contractual predicament requiring the joint teams to move from contract signing to go-live in an astonishing, less than twenty days. “Based on our core philosophy here at GRANT & WEBER, choosing DAKCS became a clear decision for us. DAKCS runs their business with similar philosophies and passionate consideration for their clients as we have always instilled in our organization,” said Jimi Bingham, Chief Executive Officer of GRANT & WEBER. Jimi continued, “We’ve built our foundation on integrity and customer service, with a focus of client care. We see the same core beliefs in DAKCS. The transition and speed in our data conversion alone has us impressed and we are excited for what’s to come as we build our long-term partnership with DAKCS.” The technical knowledge and processes obtained with these new implementations has allowed DAKCS to quickly differentiate itself from other collection management software vendors. For those evaluating Accounts Receivable management software replacement in 2016, DAKCS initiatives include:
- Cost Match or Less Monthly SaaS fees: For those CSS IMPACT customers that are hosted, DAKCS will match or beat the monthly SaaS fees currently paid.
- Data Conversion Discount Incentives: Due to our teams technical competency of the CSS IMPACT system and success in rapidly converting customer data we are able to profitably ensure that your go-live will be a quick success. Therefore, as an incentive, we are offering greatly discounted data conversions for CSS IMPACT customers.
- Former CSS IMPACT Director of Business Development is now DAKCS’ Senior Account Executive: We are excited to announce that Tony Carrasco is our new Senior Account Executive, based outside of Los Angeles, California. Tony most recently held the position of Director of Business Development with CSS IMPACT for the last four years. Tony, with over fifteen years veteran of sales, client relations and business planning experience is a key addition to the DAKCS team.
