We are now accepting registrations. Please note Registration Fees will increase after April 23rd, 2010.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE MAY 23rd, 2010. To insure that materials will be available please register by May 23rd. Registration requests received after this deadline will be accommodated as space allows, at an additional cost.

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION includes all Conference Sessions, Convention Materials and Classroom Supplies. Also included are Opening Reception on Wednesday, Dinner and Dancing on Thursday, Breaks and Lunch on Thursday and Friday, Breakfast on Friday.

SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION includes Opening Reception on Wednesday, Breaks on Thursday and Friday, Dinner and Dancing on Thursday Evening.

YOUTH REGISTRATION is no charge. Children are invited to attend Special Events. Please indicate your child’s participation in the appropriate area on the Registration Form and include fees.

100% REFUND (less a $25.00 processing fee) will be granted if written cancellation is received, either by mail or fax, on or before May 23rd, 2010.

50% REFUND of all fees will be granted for written cancellations received after May 23rd, 2010.

REFUNDS will be issued after the Summer Conference.

SUBSTITUTIONS may be sent at any time.

NO REFUND FOR NO SHOWS Cancellations received on June 23rd, 2010 will be considered No Shows.
