REGISTRATION DEADLINE MAY 23, 2010. Please register as soon as possible, a limited number of exhibitors will be accepted.

EXHIBITOR FEE includes one 6 ft. draped and skirted display table and two chairs, nametag and convention materials, company listing and business description in the exhibitor section of the Summer Conference Agenda. Also included: Opening Reception on Wednesday, Breaks and Luncheons on Thursday and Friday, Dinner and Dancing on Thursday Evening, Breakfast on Friday morning, and access to General Sessions. PLEASE NOTE: Stand alone displays are welcome, they must not exceed nine feet in width, eight feet in height.

SECOND REPRESENTATIVE FEE includes nametag and convention materials, Opening Reception on Wednesday, Breaks and Luncheons on Thursday and Friday, Dinner and Dancing on Thursday Evening, Breakfast on Friday morning, and access to General Sessions.

SPOUSE/GUEST FEE includes Opening Reception on Wednesday, Breaks on Thursday and Friday, Dinner and Dancing on Thursday Evening.

YOUTH REGISTRATION is no charge. Children are invited to attend Special Events, please indicate your child’s participation on the Booth Staff Registration Form in the “Extra Ticket” section, and include fees.

The Exhibit Hall is conveniently located next to the General Session Hall. To boost attendee involvement with our exhibitors, all breaks are served in the Exhibit Hall, and the Vendor Lunch on Thursday offers time for each exhibitor to address the group.

Because DAKCS places a very high value on our vendor relationships, we are inviting attending vendors to meet, one-on-one, with the DAKCS Management Team. Together we can address any concerns you may have, and how to best maximize new opportunities. Appointments of 20 minutes each are available on Thursday, June 24th, 3:30–5:30pm. Please indicate in the space provided on the Exhibitor Contract Form if you are interested in scheduling a DAKCS/Vendor Meeting during the Summer Conference.
