GETTING STARTED WITH BEYOND’S ACTION DESIGNER

Actions are the new buzzword in the world of Beyond, but what exactly is an action? Where is it used in the system? What can an action do? Learn the basic concepts of Action Processing and what actions can do for your agency. We’ll discuss how actions can enhance the Action Line, Intercept and Account Placement, and we’ll demonstrate how actions can be scheduled and triggered based on the specific needs of your agency.

DIALING STRATEGIES — MAINTAINING COMPLIANCE AND MANAGING COSTS

Available Dialing Strategies will be discussed, along with the different energy each strategy provides to the collection floor; Vocality, Predictive, Attended, Messaging, and Message Transfer.

In addition, a comprehensive course in maintaining compliance will be offered. Topics of discussion will include the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991) and Foti v. NCO Financial Systems, and how each affects your business.

You will also learn to more effectively manage dialer costs by extending the capabilities of your in-house dialer, and how to maximize the experience of your present staff while decreasing the time and cost of training.

This class offers an in-depth look into some powerful features of the Action Designer, including conditional/branching logic, triggers, and the troubleshooting tools: Action Queue Maintenance and Jackdate Error Review.

@CLIENT SERVICES WORKSHOP — NEW FEATURES AND IDEA EXCHANGE
