Registration

We are now accepting registrations. Please note Registration Fees will increase on June 25, 2008.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE JULY 25, 2008. To insure that materials will be available please register by July 25th. Registration requests received after this deadline will be accommodated as space allows, at an additional cost.

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION includes all Conference Sessions, Convention Materials and Classroom Supplies. Also included are Opening Reception on Wednesday, Breaks on Thursday and Friday, Lunch on Thursday, Dinner and Dancing Thursday Evening, and Flight of the Canyons Gondola Ride and Lunch on Friday.

SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION includes Opening Reception on Wednesday, Breaks on Thursday and Friday, Dinner and Dancing on Thursday Evening.

YOUTH REGISTRATION is no charge. Children are invited to attend Special Events. Please indicate your child’s participation in the appropriate area on the Registration Form and include fees.

100% REFUND (less a $20.00 processing fee) will be granted if written cancellation is received, either by mail or fax, on or before July 25, 2008.

50% REFUND of all fees will be granted for written cancellations received after July 25, 2008.

REFUNDS will be issued after the Summer Conference.

SUBSTITUTIONS may be sent at any time.

NO REFUND FOR NO SHOWS Cancellations received on August 20, 2008 will be considered No Shows.
