All rates are subject to the current county lodging tax of 9.35%, The Canyons village fee of 2.5%, and The Canyons service charge of 4%. Rates are valid 3 days prior and post conference dates, based on availability.
Check In/Check Out times are 5:00PM and 11:00AM.

Confirmed reservations will automatically be billed for one night’s room and tax at the time the reservation is made. Sorry, online reservations for DAKCS rates are not available.
Room Cancellation: Reservations must be cancelled seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of first night’s deposit.
IMPORTANT: Due to the hotel industry’s attrition policy, a very limited number of hotel rooms have been blocked for this event. We suggest you make your hotel reservation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Hotel Reservation Cut-off Date: SATURDAY, JULY 19, 2008. Reservation requests made after July 19th will be accepted on a space available basis only, at the prevailing rate.
