Exhibitor Fees / Registration Information

REGISTRATION DEADLINE JULY 25, 2008. Please register as soon as possible, a limited number of exhibitors will be accepted.

EXHIBITOR FEE includes one 8 ft. draped and skirted display table and two chairs, nametag and convention materials, company listing and business description in the exhibitor section of the Summer Conference Agenda. Also included: Opening Reception on Wednesday, Breaks and Luncheons on Thursday and Friday, Dinner and Dancing on Thursday Evening, and access to General Sessions.
PLEASE NOTE: Stand alone displays are welcome, they must not exceed nine feet in width, eight feet in height.

SECOND REPRESENTATIVE FEE includes nametag and convention materials, Opening Reception on Wednesday, Breaks and Luncheons on Thursday and Friday, Dinner and Dancing on Thursday evening, and access to General Sessions.

SPOUSE/GUEST FEE includes Opening Reception on Wednesday, Breaks on Thursday and Friday, Dinner and Dancing on Thursday Evening.

YOUTH REGISTRATION is no charge. Children are invited to attend Special Events, please indicate your child’s participation on the Booth Staff Registration Form in the “Extra Ticket” section, and include fees.

100% REFUND (less a $20.00 processing fee) will be granted if written cancellation is received, either by mail or fax, on or before July 25, 2008.

50% REFUND of all fees will be granted for written cancellations received after July 25, 2008.

REFUNDS will be issued after the Summer Conference.

SUBSTITUTIONS may be sent at any time.

NO REFUND FOR NO SHOWS Cancellations received on August 20, 2008 will be considered No Shows.
