JOB TITLE: Technical Support Specialist

DESCRIPTION: Technical Support Specialist will work as part of a team. Their primary responsibility is handling incoming support requests through phone, email and web inquiry. Candidate must possess excellent customer service and people skills, and be able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Candidate must also possess excellent software troubleshooting skills. Our support staff hours of operation cover a 12 hour period Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM MST we operate 2 shifts one 6 AM to 3PM and the other 9AM to 6PM. These shifts rotate every two weeks.
