DAKCS SOFTWARE SYSTEMS, Inc. has been a leader in the collections software industry for over 30 years. Headquartered in Ogden, Utah in the heart of the majestic Wasatch Mountains, DAKCS Software Systems was founded by Kent Green in the early 1980s. A collection agency owner himself, Kent recognized the emerging power of computer technology and the need to automate paper driven agency operations. As a result, a new and exciting collections software product, The Sting, was created. Over the years, DAKCS has successfully developed and evolved to meet the ever changing demands of the collections industry. In the early 2000s, the DAKCS team created its new and improved product, Beyond.net. This exciting solution provides DAKCS clients with all the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive market.
Lex Patterson, a 20+ year DAKCS veteran, has been the company president since 2006. In the last six years, he has created a successful team that works well together to provide clients what they need when they need it. Lex is a great strategic thinker and planner. He has developed innovative strategies that will insure DAKCS continued prosperity for both the client community and the company as well.
