Cell Phone Scrubbing
The statistics are startling. According to a recent study, over 25% of Americans today live in homes with no land lines and at least one cell phone. The statistic has tripled in three years. This trend appears to be growing exponentially. If you couple that information with the current TCPA regulations prohibiting “auto-dialer” initiated calls to cell phones, we all find ourselves faced with a serious problem. They are also an authorized reseller for NeuStar which tracks ported wireless numbers (from home phone land line to mobile) on a daily basis. By selecting CCC, DAKCS is able to provide real-time updates for VIC, as well as for Vocality. Each DAKCS client can utilize the CCC solution to stay on top of this hot compliance issue. CCC can also identify the five states that have additional restrictions on manual calls to cell phones. Through Contact Center Compliance, DAKCS is delighted to provide a safe harbor guarantee to prevent TCPA complaints as well as a means to identify mobile customer numbers safe for manual calls.
The Vocality CPS Solution
Vocality is the DAKCS fully integrated web based dialing solution. DAKCS has designed Vocality so that, as an option, it will automatically scrub for cell phones before dialing a number. When a number is scrubbed, it is matched up against the CCC databases and if a match is found, the number is flagged and not dialed. Clients can then review those accounts and manually dial if appropriate. Pricing for this option is included in the Vocality usage based pricing plan.
The VIC CPS Solution
VIC is the DAKCS stand alone, turn-key integrated predictive dialer. In July 2011, DAKCS introduced a hybrid, usage based pricing model for cell phone scrubbing with VIC. This solution works identically with the Vocality solution but is billed as a separate monthly line item. By creating a usage based model, DAKCS is now able to provide a cost effective CPS solution that fits everyone’s budget, large, small or in between.
