DAKCS Software Systems in cooperation with the American Collectors Association has created a module that will allow you, during the month of January, to easily participate in the newly designed ACA's Annual Top Collection Market Survey. This module allows a report to be generated and creates a data file that can be transmitted to a third party research firm. By using a third a party for the data gathering, ACA is assuring you of privacy. Your individual information will not be forwarded to ACA; the research firm will send the aggregate results to ACA upon conclusion of the data compilation.
By participating in the survey, you will receive an electronic version of the completed report at no charge. We strongly recommend that you take the time to make this study a success. The steps are simple. Contact the support team at 801 394 5791. Tell them that you want participate in the survey. They will install the survey module on your system and provide you with a short instruction list that takes you step by step through the activation process.
